Getting to Know Mrs. Guilfoy

Born and raised in the Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation, Mrs. Guilfoy has been an Assistant Principal, Instructional Coach, Fifth Grade Teacher, Volleyball coach, and led various intiatives in these positions. Growing up in the Clark-Pleasant community, she is looking forward to following in the footsteps of her father, Butch Zike, who was a successful administrator for numerous years at Whiteland High School. Mrs. Guilfoy has a strong passion for curriculum, instruction, special education, RTI, and building relationships with students & staff. She is a 2002 graduate of Whiteland Community High School, 2006 graduate of Marian University where she enjoyed playing collegiate softball, and a 2012 graduate of the University of Indianapolis. She is married to her wonderful husband, Patrick, who is the Assistant Principal at Grassy Creek Elementary. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with their families, especially their nieces and nephew, hanging out with friends, going to church, and being active in our Clark-Pleasant community. She also enjoys being an adjunct professor for the University of Indianapolis in the educational leadership program. Most importantly, Mrs. Guilfoy and her husband enjoy every second that they get to spend with their daughter, Cana. Mrs. Guilfoy enjoys building relationships with families at Pleasant Crossing and is honored to be a Whiteland Warrior!
